I am an artist living and working outside of Philadelphia. I predominately make drawings and paintings, often in the form of small works on paper. I started this blog to document the work that I made on a daily basis while I was at work as a high school art teacher. Over the last three years this site has evolved, as has my work and practice. Recently I moved into a studio in the city, the Crane Old School, so now this website reflects the work I make in my studio, at home and while I am at work.
My work meditates on the constant hum of the peripheral and unnoticed. I attempt to trace or mark the formlessness of influences acting on me and my surroundings in the most ordinary of moments.
